Job Description:
As a Wellbeing Specialist, you’ll be accountable for the development and delivery of a colleague wellbeing philosophy, strategy and service to the Sainsbury’s Group. Acting as a point of expertise, thought leadership and consultancy for multiple cross divisional teams; the role exists to deliver an appropriately balanced colleague wellbeing approach that reflects and supports our corporate and colleague values.
Job Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Internal Communications teams to execute on wellbeing events and promotion opportunities through all channels of communications with colleagues
- Develop the network of wellbeing champions across the business, working to ensure that wellbeing initiatives and topics are promoted and supported from within business teams
- Develop, prepare and execute on a wellbeing calendar of activities that aligns to the key components of the wellbeing strategy, and work closely with a broad spectrum of business teams (in HR and across divisions such as marketing, innovation, product and corporate affairs) to create focus topics that make sense to our colleagues and support them to take action and make meaningful changes to help them to live happier, healthier lives
- Act as the point of expertise for teams developing policies, change and other colleague interventions where a wellbeing perspective would create value
- Own and maintain the Wellbeing pages on the Company Intranet sites ensuring that up to date, relevant and engaging content is available for colleagues to access.
- Own and monitor the wellbeing yammer group
- Use data sources such as colleague engagement surveys, demographic information and qualitative data to identify opportunities for the continuous development of our wellbeing proposition
