Job Description:

We’re recruiting now for a Head of Talent & Leadership Culture to lead our Talent agenda across the business; meeting both current and future cultural and leadership requirements, in line with our strategic direction.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage the provision of executive coaching for executives through external suppliers, in addition to coaching some individuals where required.
• Ensure diversity and inclusion are at the heart of all key Talent decisions, and all relevant steps are taken to drive an inclusive culture through the promotion of our diversity agenda.
• Responsible for the ongoing assessment, measurement and reporting for the Corporate Responsibility Committee, reporting quarterly on the “state of the nation” for culture across the organisation.
• Liaise with HR colleagues to obtain feedback from executive exit interviews undertaken by HR Business Partners, supporting where necessary.
• Facilitate the relationship with external suppliers to enable HRDs and the in-house resourcing team to effectively meet executive resourcing requirements within their client areas.

Job Requirements:

• Ability to create strong relationships and collaborate as part of a team and within a matrix to create business change.
• Deep expertise in Talent, executive support, coaching and development.
• Experience in matrixed organisations, with a proven track record in delivering against an executive talent agenda, to time and in full.
• Knowledge and demonstrated ability in Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) and cultural transformation.
• A pragmatic and flexible style, able to influence and build effective partnerships.
• Strong ability to influence across all levels of an organisation, including at Board level
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
• High degree of resilience and a clear track record on managing multiple high-level projects simultaneously.
• Ability to create strong relationships and collaborate as part of a team and within a matrix to create business change.
• Deep expertise in Talent, executive support, coaching and development.
