Job Description:

The Plant Manager will play a key role leading our operational management teams, overseeing all aspects of site operations and embedding key process improvements. Alongside driving performance throughout the team you will also be focussed on delivering our crucial customer commitments. Romford Mail Centre processes 300,000 parcels per day and has a Frontline headcount of c.500 split across 3 shifts and weekends
