Position Title: Retail General Manager
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 40,000 AED all inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

The hiring company is a successful group of retail company, based in Dubai with focus on the trading of premium quality consumer electronics, fashion, baby products, e-commerce and others.

Job Role:
• Take the lead of Retail divisions for both wholesale and retail
• Manage to look after the PNL of different areas
• Lead in optimizing the brands existing, improve sales targets, strategize with management and the team overall for the next best move of the businesses
• Oversee protocols in placed and identify areas to improve on with regards to business performance in the market
• Develops short and long term business strategies and ensures implementation of the same to achieve commercial gains and objectives
• Assess and analyze market size/share and sales potential to define the divisions growth
• Ensure efficient and effective management of the division’s finances through all necessary financial controls, systems and processes, and ensures accuracy and integrity of the business’s financial records
