• Establish restaurant business plan by surveying restaurant demand
• Prepare financial, marketing, and sales projections, analyses, and estimates
• Meet restaurant financial objectives by developing financing
• Develop and implementing strategies to increase average meal checks
• Maintain operations by preparing policies and standard operating procedures
