Job description / Role
– Position Title: Reservations Supervisor
– Employment Type: Full Time
– Salary: up to 2, 900 AED, depending on experience and qualifications plus accommodation, transportation, food, and ticket every 2 years
– Job Location: Dubai, UAE
About the Client:
– A world-class golf destination located in the heart of new Dubai.
Job Role:
– Supervisor to monitor all activities transpiring in Golf Reservations
– Accept reservations for golf tee-times and hire items
– Answer telephone queries as and when appropriate
– Work closely with the Central Reservations Office at EGC
– Accept payments for green-fees and hire items – cash, credit cards, checks or charges to members’ accounts
– Confirm tee times of players when required
– Monitor and advise guests of the club on dress code and expected playing standards
– Communicate course closure and maintenance information to members and guests when appropriate
