Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic research assistant who will be working on a project determining the load of heavy metals in various organs in fish. The RA will be responsible for carrying out dissections of fish, preparing samples, processing samples for heavy metal analysis, analyzing data and assisting with writing papers. The RA will also help with day to day running of the laboratory, maintaining good records of the samples collected, ensuring the samples are safely stored. Must have a B.Sc. in Ecology or Biology, with experience in data analysis and laboratory work involving chemical contaminants.
