• Managing phone calls and scheduling meetings
• Maintaining Tenant records/data
• Maintain computer and manual filing systems
• Generate reports
• Building and maintaining sustainable relationships with key customers.
• Overseeing the relationship with customers handled by the Relationship Team
• Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
• Keeping customers updated on the latest offers and deals in order to keep them engaged.
• Expanding the customer base by upselling and cross-selling.
• Conducting business reviews using CRM/ERP programs.
