Regional Operations Manager – Restaurants

Job description / Role

Charterhouse is working with a known hospitality group in Dubai who are looking to hire an Operations Manager to oversee one of their established and growing restaurants brands in the UAE and KSA. As Operations Manager you will report directly to the group Director of Operations and have a direct reporting team of Restaurant and Area Managers.

This role will oversee the entire contemporary international casual brand, with a current portfolio of 5 locations and further expansion plans. You will be the strategic vision and operational drive behind the brand. This role will be responsible for developing the brand, sourcing new locations, market analysis, and high level audits of current locations. You will have full business responsibility for the brand, including forecasting and P&L.
