Main Accountabilities:
- Issue Recovery Notification and provide Surveyors with related details.
- Understand and clarify details through various communication mediums (primarily telephonic) of claims and customer queries
- Issue related documentation once claims file is opened on CRM system.
- Process and issue LPO’s in line with claims.
- Liaise with service providers including workshops and other insurance companies.
- Read, understand and translate Police Reports to support claims process.
