We are seeking highly motivated, enthusiastic trainees with an interest and passion in a career within recruitment.

You will be exposed primarily to the candidate sourcing aspect of recruitment. This role will offer a varied, stimulating and challenging opportunity which will further develop interpersonal and commercial skills, giving you real responsibility for your personal and professional growth.

You will be trained to build relations with potential clients and actively seek out new opportunities through cold calling and sending emails. You would support the team by sourcing, selecting, briefing and interviewing candidates from different job recruitment boards. You would shortlist candidates and prepare CVs for various job requirements. You would provide administrative support, perform clerical duties, filing, preparing documents etc.
