  • Meet the dynamic recruitment stages through efficient planning.
  • Ensure the timely and cost effective fulfillment of all open requisitions with quality talent, and proactively lead updates on all open positions.
  • Plan a full-proof hiring process that covers the six stages of recruitment, from preparation to the onboarding stage.
  • Understand the role of each profile in the organization and create clear job requirement templates.
  • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board.

Demonstrated ability to brainstorm ideas with our client team through fluent meetings and discussions.Familiarity with job boards, ATS databases, and management systems.Portraying sound knowledge of the recruitment cycle through streamlined thinking and clear decision-making.Depicting excellent command over meeting the dynamics of workspace.Exhibiting thorough knowledge in high level recruitment activities spanning from planning to onboarding.Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews Dynamic individual with a recruitment background with an ability to screen and select suitable candidates.
