Job Description

AX CAPITAL is looking for a number of Recruiting Specialists join our team to support the rapid growth of our organisation.

These roles are in addition to a team of recruiters already working within the business to consult with internal stakeholders to understand job roles, create job descriptions in partnership with the Recruitment Manager. From there, advertise vacancies, headhunt candidates, screen call, shortlist, and interview candidates.

To ensure success as a Recruitment Specialist, you will be conversant with online platforms, including LinkedIn and job boards including but not limited to Bayt and Indeed. You will keep track of your pipeline of candidates and report daily on key metrics to ensure you are successful in meeting KPI’s.


  • Consult with internal stakeholders to establish qualification and person requirements for the vacant roles.
  • Formulate detailed job descriptions and post them.
  • Conduct screening calls to create a shortlist of qualified candidates against criteria in line with job requirements and company brand.
  • Conduct face to face interviews with shortlisted candidates, maintaining a ‘bench’ of employees for future vacancies.
  • Provide feedback to hiring managers and arrange final interviews.
  • Write and send offer letters to successful candidates and rejection notes to unsuccessful ones.
  • Collect all required onboarding documents for processing and create new employee records on HRMS.
  • Support physical onboarding during inductions days.

Excellent communication skills;Proficient in meeting company demands by solving the existing talent gap in the hierarchy.Time management skills;Established track record of sourcing suitable talent for companies and organisations.Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews Dynamic individual with an HR background with an ability to screen and select suitable candidates.Demonstrate innovation by suggesting ongoing improvements to processes and recruitment practices.Qualifications & ExperienceA minimum or 1 years experience as a Recruiting Specialist with a track record of successful employee placement.Recruiting experience within the Real Estate market is advantageous but not essential.The ability to work within a team and to coordinate team activities.Excellent analytical skills to examine resumes and find the best-suited candidates.Clear verbal skills to communicate well with candidates and managers.Proficient writing skills to produce reports on hiring analyses.Strong negotiation skills when discussing terms and conditions of employment.Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, psychology, or another related field would be advantageous but in no way a requirement.
