Job Description
- Plans and fulfil recruitment needs.
- Assist in posting different open vacancies in various job boards.
- Assist in sourcing candidates through different sourcing job boards including LinkedIn and Bayt.com.
- Conduct screening phone interviews.
- Communicate and profile candidates.
- Assist in interview scheduling of candidates and liaise with line managers regarding their availability.
- Send interview confirmation emails to candidates and calendar invites to line managers.
- Send regret emails to rejected candidates.
- Research different recruitment models and develop descriptions for attracting suitable talent.
Skills
Excellent communication skills;Knowledge in sourcing candidates and screening candidates via phone.A keen eye on minute details with enthusiasm to provide efficient sourcing solutions.Time management skills.Experienced recruiter with minimum 2 years of experience.Sound command over conventional and digital hiring techniques.Dynamic individual w with an ability to screen and select suitable candidates.
