Charterhouse is working exclusively with one of the most exciting brands in the Middle East to hire an In-House Recruiter. This is a fantastic opportunity to work as part of a great recruitment team that prides itself on principles and values, ensuring the delivery of experienced professionals to this outstanding organisation.

This is a 360 role where you will manage the recruitment process from job brief to offer stage, working in partnership with HR and hiring managers to ensure the full recruitment lifecycle is delivered effectively. You will be involved in the assessment including psychometrics, aptitude tests and other relevant tools whilst ensuring the candidates experience is world class and embraces diversity and inclusion.
