Job Description

• Acts as the organization’s first point of contact for visitors and/or callers while ensuring professionalcommunication. Receives and directs calls in a courteous and efficient manner.

• Welcomes visitors, ensures and maintains proper sign-in documents and explains/follows safety procedures. Maintains badges for new hires, contractors and visitors.

• Completes all incoming and outgoing mail requirements, including courier services and manages maintenance of the postage machine as applicable.

• Assists administrative projects as assigned

• Assists with managing the office supplies stockroom, places office supplies orders and maintains effective administration.

• Prior experience in customer service, call center, front office reception, administration etc.• Diploma in administration or equivalent• Strong ability to communicate or interact well with other people.• Action oriented – Taking on new opportunities and difficulties
