Job description / Role
We are looking for a self-motivated, well-organized individual, who has a deep understanding of team management with a corporate background. The sales manager will oversee the sales team and handle any issues that arise. As a sales manager, you will:
• Set a vision of the sales team
• Create the sales strategy and process
• Implement and measure the success of the sales strategy
• Conduct weekly sales meeting
• Motivate the sales team to achieve the monthly target and close the sales deal
• Review the sales team performance and coach them on how to grow their skills
• Provide training to the sales team to improve their skills and knowledge
• Plan open houses and other events
• Prepare sales reports
• Review and approve all the relevant documents for the entire property transaction process such as contacts, NOC letter, MOU…etc.
• Work with marketing department on generating client leads plan
• Provide recruiting, hiring and onboarding new salespeople
