About the Client:
The hiring company is one of the leading interior fit out company in Dubai, offering a wide range fit out services from planning to building projects.
Job Role:
– Prepare Bill of Quantity, tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities with the architect and/or the client
– Undertake cost analysis for repair and maintenance project work
– Assist in establishing a client’s requirements and undertake feasibility studies
– Allocate work to subcontractors and perform risk, value management, and cost control
Analyze outcomes and write detailed progress reports
– Keep track of different building contracts currently used
– Ensure health and safety regulations are complied with at all times
