A leading Fire & Safety & Facility Management Group who are focusing on commercial and residential portfolios across UAE is seeking to expand its integral in-house Fire & Safety, Facility Management & Water Treatment Group division.

In collaboration with the Line Manager, developing the standard management systems documentation required to comply with the overall compliance requirement for the group.
Reviewing and evaluating compliance issues/concerns affecting the workflow and project requirements.
Responsible for ensuring that the organization complies with the ISO9001 standards and products and services meet the requirement of the client/customer.
Initiating, maintaining, reviewing and revising policies and procedures for the general operations of the Compliance Program and its related activities to quality, health, and Safety Standards.
Carrying out the implementation of established Quality Programs as directed by the Line Manager
Responding to alleged violations of rules, regulations, policies, and procedures by evaluating or recommending the initiation of investigative procedure. Developing and overseeing the system for uniform handling of such violations.
Acting as an independent body to review and conduct an evaluation to ensure compliance issues/concerns within the organization are being appropriately evaluated, investigated, and resolved.
Supporting in tender submissions.
Conducting training and identifies areas for improvement necessary to sustain compliance program.
Preparing the requirement for the Pre-qualification and tender submittals.
Supporting divisions in the technical documentation to comply with their contract requirements.
Assisting the Line Manager during third party audits.
Responsible for overseeing the effective implementation of Document Control within the organization.
Contributing to team effort as required by the Line Manager.
