QC Manager Up to 23K AED For a Leading Construction Company in the UAE

– Directs the quality control/quality assurance and technical service functions of the entire precast production and installation
– Supervises a team of QA/QC Engineers, Supervisors, and Laboratory Technicians
– Determines disposition of finished product by collecting, classifying, analyzing, and interpreting production and quality data; judging product acceptability in comparison to specifications
– Interacts with customers, vendors, sales, and production, delivery, and execution personnel as required to investigate and resolve product quality issues
– Determines acceptability of rework by conducting inspections and physical tests of the reworked product
– Maintains quality assurance operations by following quality assurance policies and procedures; reporting needed changes
– Ensure manufacturing processes comply with both national and international standards of production
– Conduct surveys to identify customer requirements and ensure they are being met by established quality standards
– Prepare and present reports to update upper management on quality activities
– Maintain proper records of the quality test, procedures, and standards
– Approve compliant products and reject defective ones
