Position Title: QA QC Engineer

About the Client:
The hiring company is an oil and gas company based in the UAE.

Job Role:
• Fully comply with and adhere to the company Safety, Health, Security and Environmental policies and procedures and IMT Member
• Develop vendor audit plans and reports to assess vendor competency and compliance with the requirements of DS-1 drilling and completion equipment standards, making recommendations for conducting such audits
• Review well-specific equipment lists and make recommendations of company for the development and approval of vendor
• Collate and consolidate daily and other periodic reports into database of acceptance, rejection, and non-conformances of vendor
• Coordinate between company and Service Contractors / Suppliers to ensure equipment’s readiness whenever required at the rig
• Conduct audits and inspections and write inspection and audit reports accordingly
• Educate Drilling Team personnel in Quality Management System requirements
• Carry out product and process auditing as per ISO 9001:2015 on Contractor
• Record and follow up all QAQC incidents (NCRs, deviations and dispensations), request Root Cause Failure Analysis and issuing Lessons Learned Notifications
