Job description / Role
As a Property Consultant, you will:
• Generate client leads to buy or sell property;
• Perform comparative market analysis to provide advice on property value;
• Provide consultancy and advice to potential clients on market conditions, prices, and mortgages;
• Assist the potential clients to purchase / sell the property for the right price and under the best terms;
• Accompany the client to view the property;
• Act as an intermediary in price negotiations between the buyers and sellers;
• Prepare the relevant documents for the entire property transaction process such as contacts, NOC letter, MOU…etc.
