Projects role focusing in particular on large scale construction, infrastructure and power projects. This hire will need to be familiar with these sectors and will work on a range of EPC developments, Private Equity, projects and some project finance work.
Client Details
My client is an investment company with financial backing from a prominent family group, who invest money into large scare infrastructure, marine and power projects. This includes a variety of ports, marine transportation, infrastructure contracting, travel & tourism, etc.
They have been operating for a few years now so although not technically a start-up any more, they retain the feel of an entrepreneurial environment.
Description
It is a Projects role so will involve EPC development, PPP, Project Finance, etc. You will be responsible for the development of the group’s energy and infrastructure platform.
This hire will be the most senior member of the legal team and the plan is to progress this person to General Counsel.
