Ignite is looking for Project Manager for one the leading Business in Oil & Gas

• To be overall responsible for all aspects of the project performance; including management of the contract, cost, schedule,
and interfaces with project stakeholders, as well as safety of personnel and equipment.
• Establish the project team
• Coordinate and manage project team
• Ensure the structuring phase are executed effectively by identifying and managing all required activities
• Establish a realistic, effective and robust Project Management Plan
• Control all structuring phase costs and ensure that expenditure remain within the set thresholds
• Efficient management of resources ensuring deliverables are achieved on time
• Support negotiations with Suppliers and Contractors
• Establish a lean management structure for the execution phase, both effective and cost effective
• Assist and lead the supply chain division issuing RFP’s, managing the bid evaluation process
• Responsible to ensure a successful structuring phase
• Ensure the timely delivery of project documents
• Optimise the project budget
• Support in setting up supplier contracts or the project to risks, specifically quality and costs
• Ensure to establish a strong and efficient management team for the execution phase
• Prepare the project charter
