About the Client:
• The hiring company is a Sharjah based business formation company, that is high recognized in their dedication to create a streamline for the process of businesses structure that suits different client needs and cover their presence in the UAE.

Job Role:
• Work collaboratively with relevant project managers and project teams to maximize productivity
• Organize and monitor schedules and meet deadlines as per schedule
• Prepare necessary documents, memos, and forms as required
• Providing administrative support such as receiving calls, take messages and routing correspondence
• Manage meeting logistics, arranging rooms, preparation for meetings, agenda, documents, minutes, actions and follow ups as required
• Attend meetings and take minutes
• Assist the leadership team with other administrative tasks and ad hoc projects
• Act as the point of contact between the executives and external consultants
