Do you have passion for hiring and developing the best Talent Acquisition is seeking an experienced Program Manager (PM) based in EMEA who will be responsible for the Global Bar Raiser and Interview Experience (BRIX) Program, one of our most critical talent acquisition mechanisms at Amazon.
Key job responsibilities
Amazon Bar Raisers scale our ability to Hire and Develop the Best by enforcing the highest hiring standards, ensuring integrity of our interviewing practices, and delivering an outstanding Candidate Experience. Working collaboratively with senior business leaders, Bar Raiser core leadership teams, global TA leadership, and central team contacts, you will work with the EMEA and APJC PMs on the ongoing scaling and sustainability of this program specifically for EMEA and APJC. You will collaborate with your global peers to identify opportunities that will drive efficiency at a global level through innovation and process improvement.

This is a critical role, requiring expertise in influencing at all levels and multiple geographies, proven experience taking ideas and turning them into strategic plans and driving execution. The successful candidate will have long lasting impact on the success of the talent acquisition team and ultimately, the EMEA and APJC businesses.
3+ years of experience in program or project management
Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
Proven track record of developing and using data mechanisms to drive decision making and measure impact
Ability to build strong relationships and influence others while working in a cross functional environment, including senior members of the business
Excellent written and verbal communication skills that convey complex ideas in a simplified manner
Ability to adapt well to fast-paced environments with changing circumstances, direction, and strategy
Bias for action, excellent attention to detail, and relentless commitment to follow-through
Ability to multi-task and handle various projects simultaneously to drive timely results
Proven effective consulting skills, with an ability to influence a wide variety of audiences – technical and business partners, HR functions, and all levels of employees
Being an Amazon Bar Raiser, Bar Raiser in Training or having worked intimately with Bar Raisers is a plus. Having deep knowledge of the Amazon recruiting space — Recruiting-Coordinators, Sourcers, Recruiters, Interviewing, hiring events and offers — is a distinct advantage.
