Program Lead – Client Onboarding

Job description / Role

Strategy

* Work closely with the Group, Region, Country digital and product teams for ideation, development and support in implementing Digital Bank in AME markets
* Drive ideation around country innovations and enhancements to both pre-and post-login experiences
* Train digital banking team for efficient management across cultures and local realities

Business

* Document and articulate client user journeys and client experience for the digital bank
* Document and articulate product processing flow with a view of achieving superior TAT
* Work with country to define a clear client CVP and segment.
* Work with country teams to create an ecosystem of partners that will deliver value to our clients through the digital bank
* Creating and maintaining a prioritized Product Backlog, ensuring it is visible, transparent and clear
* Defining user stories to facilitate clear communication of requirements to the delivery team, including ‘definition of done’
* Preparing the Agile execution documentation in line with SCB Agile delivery framework, including release plans
* Track project health indicators, monthly project score card results project risks and issues
* Clearly communicating priorities, objectives/ goals & acceptance criteria to the agile delivery team
* Ensuring submission of progress reports, benefits reports, red packs and closure reports to governance forums
* Ensuring project deliverables are of desired quality and have appropriate endorsement / sign offs
* Development of training material for staff
* Work with ITO and country teams to conduct extensive UAT’s, UVT and pilot tests
* Responsible for tracking benefits realization and adoption on an ongoing basis

* Ensure compliance to internal and external regulations
