Procurement Specialist

Position Title: Procurement Specialist

About the Client:
The hiring company is a provider of a wide range of medical and rehabilitation supplies and equipment to the healthcare industry.
Job Role:
Research potential vendors
Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers
Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing
Track orders and ensure timely delivery
Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases
Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses
Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed
Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage
Ensure to obtain best fright rates and transit time
Requirements:
Open to Arabic, Filipino, and Indian nationals
Male/Female, 38 years old and below
Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Business Administration or equivalent certification
Medical background experience is a must
Minimum 2 years of experience on the same role in a medical firm
Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating and liaising with vendors)Hands-on experience with purchasing software
