Trevi is one of the high-end architecture and luxury interior design Company. We are growing and looking for an exceptional Procurement Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in construction project management, commercial & residence projects, be organized, motivated, detail-oriented and driven.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepares cost estimates by analyzing proposals and requirements.
He will be responsible for procuring materials, goods, products, and services.
Provide accurate job costing/budgeting projections based on product and selection lists unique to each market; determine the right labor resources and materials to complete each project
Prepares special reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
Manage competitive bid process to ensure jobs receive the most favorable pricing.
Review and evaluate cost estimates
Prepare cost analysis
Establish and maintain working relationships with vendors and subcontractors
