Job Description

PRO Tasks •

All PRO tasks such as taking care of JAFZA portal, residence visa renewal, deletion and application, rent renewals for office and parking, establishment card renewal, license renewal

Liaising with telecom operator for mobile phone, internet and landline collection

Attestation of documents HR Tasks

Support in preparing employee trainings, communication with HQ

Filing, scanning and copying if necessary

Preparing monthly overtime sheets and monthly HR data reporting

Point of contact for health insurance issues as well as adding or deleting members

Keeping leave records

Maintaining HR files

 

Admin Tasks

Responsible for switchboard, greeting guests and general office communication

Following up with vendors for timely submission of invoices and CN for services rendered during the month

Maintaining office supplies such as stationeries, pantry, plant maintenance etc

Preparing travel expenses

Organize business trips for colleagues and external guests

Maintaining reference lists and presentations

Maintaining overview of all insurances and initiating renewals

Responsible for petty cash

Other tasks as assigned Skills

Skills
Your skills: Minimum 3+ years of experience as a legal PRO Admin in the UAE.Excellent knowledge of UAE Labour Law.Effective interpersonal skills to successfully work with local government authorities.Completed commercial training or relevant job experienceGood spoken and written English High level of service orientationReliable, good communication skills, team playerAdaptiveness and sensitiveness to a different culture Knowledge of JAFZA policies and procedures
