DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1) Increase the sales by selling our services such as ems, PT, swimming, and group exercise etc.
2) Familiarizing yourself with all products and services offered by our company.
3) Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with marketing department.
4) Update and maintain customer information database on regular basis.
5) Participate in meetings to report business prospect and status updates to management and clients.
6) Attend client conferences and meetings in order to network with new and existing contacts.
7) Work with the team to achieve short- and long-term revenue and profit growth.
8) Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.
9) Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
10) Travel to customer sites and tradeshows to promote company’s products and services.
11) Suggesting upgrades or added services that may be of interest to clients.
12) Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.
13) Equipping staff with the technical and social skills needed to enhance sales.
14) Reviewing clients’ feedback and implementing necessary changes.
15) Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.
16) Target new locations.
17) Finalize deals with other clubs where it beneficial shape in time business.
18) Assisting company with Social media (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter etc. Adds, News, etc.)
19) Assisting Manager with Controlling & Monitoring Trainer Duties.
20) Assist in the promotional endeavours of the Company through group participation, public speaking, and delivery of promotional materials.

21) Handle admin work Sales Planning & Reporting to Manager.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: From AED5,000.00 per month
