QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
The role will involve:
The position requires a professional electrical engineer or an individual with significant technical experience having a strong technical background related to electrolysis process and its ancillary equipment.
Extensive experience in the use of procedures and workflow in the execution of projects.
Good working knowledge of design review and reporting technologies used for the project.
Experience with hazard identification and risk management practices.
Participation in the development and implementation of detailed Pre-Operational Testing plan for the Project scope.
Application of Project safety management systems during Pre-Operational Testing, adapting them to the specific needs and any unique risks present.
Scoping of Project documents into commissionable systems and sub-systems.
Development/review of Pre-Operational Testing procedures (detailed description of actions).
Identification of Commissioning spares.
Identification of risks (system specific) and mitigation.
Log out tag out when required.
Responsible for the safe and timely execution of all testing activities for their scope, and integration of their activities with both Project and Operations.
Input into Punch Lists.
Writing and dissemination of Test Reports.
Review of vendor O&M manuals and training materials.

Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering
UAE Driver’s license, a must
Good understanding of interdisciplinary dependencies in a project environment.
Good organizational skills.
Good coordination skills.
Well-developed communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
