Job description / Role

The PMO will work in conjunction with the Program Director/ PMO and be responsible for supporting the PMO function. The role is an essential interface between the PMO, and projects streams to manage and communicate status of all projects plans.
Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information
Identify potential project delays and ensure timely corrective action to ensure meeting of project deadlines
Keep track of project milestones and deliverables
5-8 years of experience in IT project management/coordination or similar role
Excellent communication, analytically and Problem solving skills
Good in creating progress reports, documentation, and presentations
Excellent MS Suite software
Fluency in spoken and written English
Proficiency in Arabic is an advantage
