Job Responsibilities:
- Establish and manage the daily intervention schedules of field workers from dedicated tools
- Contacting customers by phone or mail to arrange appointments
- Confirmation by mail or email to the customer of the date of the rescheduling meeting.
- Receive incoming calls from various field workers and other services
Job Requirements:
BBA DEGREE REQUIRED

- You master the use of computer tools
- You have good oral and written comprehension
- You have a sense of listening and service
