We are looking for a Photographer/Videographer to join our team. Our ideal candidate has experience using photo and video editing software, and enjoys presenting a complete, polished project on deadline. Since we commonly use these photos and videos on social media for promotion, it is important that the product we deliver is interesting, smooth, and well done. Candidates with experience in graphic design are preferred. We want innovative, fresh, and clean content to gain social media followers and spread our brand in the region. Based on the nature of the job, we will consider candidates with a UAE driving license.

What You’ll Do
• Create digital marketing video and photo content for Floorworld’s website, E-mails, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Liaise with customers and interior designers to schedule weekly photo and video shoots.
• Shoot and editing digital video and photos from our clients completed floor renovations.
• Create final cuts: video editing, trim footage segments, assemble the sequence, edit to music, dialogues, and voice-over recordings.
• Participate in team meetings and brainstorm creative approaches.
• Participate in discussions about the format, delivery, specifications and technical problem-solving needed for a project.
• Design and edit content that meets brand guidelines.
• Conceptualize and create ideas for compelling content that is platform-specific.
• Study analytics behind what makes an ad successful, how people are engaging with brands online, and what trends are working with other brands.
• Set up on-location video productions including proper lighting and sound design.
• Apply typography treatments.
• Provide post-production knowledge of exporting, transcoding, converting and archiving footage.
• Maintain a high attention to detail with sensitivity to messaging and branding.
• Take feedback to make adjustments & deliver finished products on time.
