This role reports to the A&I Director of P&G Philippines. The A&I team is composed of data-driven, insightful, and innovative team members that work together as business partners of other P&G functions.
- Study the execution results and propose way forward on how we can further sharpen our execution to deliver better growth to P&G, including such as media effectiveness analysis, media engagement metrics, brand metrics impacts etc.
- Collaborate actively and effectively with other functions partners and senior management to accomplish objectives.
- Analyze the ever-changing media landscape and advise on future game plan on how P&G can be ahead in the media space.
- Candidate who enjoys working with and influencing diverse business partners and culturally diverse teams.
- Understand digital advertising and programmatic ecosystem (DSP/SSP/DMP)
- Genuine Passion for understanding consumers and high level of passion on big data.
- Strong thinking and direction setting skills, creativity, initiative, follow-through, communication, bias for action, agility and flexibility.
