The Human Resources Generalist III is responsible for the day-to-day support operations within the assigned area of responsibility.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Partners with employees and management to communicate various human resource policies, procedures, laws, standards and other regulations. Facilitates or provides training (including orientation) the workforce.
- Interviews and screens interviews applicants to match experience with specific job-related requirements. Administrates and works with management on internal promotions.
Contract Support:
- SPOT Administrator
- Prepares, maintains and distributes employee contracts (new & renewal).
- Maintain database and notifies management of performance appraisals.
- Maintains employee files in the HR filing system.
- Handles all aspects of performance appraisal maintenance and notification.
- Processes leave requests.
- Process Final-Out processing
Benefits Administration:
- Assists with administering various employees benefit programs, such as group insurance, life, and medical.
- Administers MOD 13 annual physical; coordinates medical appointments with clinic and collaborates with clinic for employee notification/direction.
- Updates OnPoint with employee information as it pertains to MOD 13.
- Enters data into HRIS system ensuring the accuracy of information.
Candidate Management:
- Partners with CONUS in processing new hires utilizing OnPoint.
- May assist with processing Kuwait Visa, Base Access Badging and KDL.
- May conduct new-employee orientations and demobilization.
Minimum Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resource management or a related field or equivalent education, training and experience required.
Experience:
- 5 years of progressively more responsible human resources experience, preferably as an HR Generalist. May consider candidates with a finance or business administration experience.
- Must have high level of proficiency in the use of Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, developing spreadsheets with formulas).

Certification, License & Clearance:
- Current valid driver license required
- Tier 1 NACI required for all U.S. Citizens.

- Ability to perform job duties efficiently and effectively.
- Must be able to work in extreme environmental conditions including dust and high temperatures.
- Must be able to endure long hours, exposure to weather and hazardous conditions.
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
