Job Description

  • Coordinate and schedule calendar appointments
  • Manage incoming and outgoing communications
  • Screen,direct phone calls and distribute correspondence when necessary
  • Planning events,schedule travel and accommodation arrangements
  • Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
  • Rack daily expenses and prepare weekly,monthly or quarterly reports
  • Format information for internal and external communication – memos,emails,presentation, reports
  • Take minutes during meetings
  • Organize and maintain filling system

At least a first experience handling Assistant or coordination tasksStrong interpersonal skillsTech – savy and experience with word processing and email softwareActive listening and communication skills Proactive approach to problem solvingAbility to multitaskStrong time-management and organizations skills
