We are seeking a Personal Assistant & Household Manager to manage an UHNWI. The role will have significant responsibility and accountability for the housekeepers, attendants, and drivers. Emphasis will be on timely and high quality completion of tasks in accordance with the exacting standards and expectations of the family.

The Household Manager looks after all the day to day operational running of the household and is responsible for all the HR requirements of the staff, including visas, on and off boarding, training and development, staff schedules and ensuring leave and sickness coverage is arranged, as well as developing relationships with global staffing agencies for the hiring of permanent and temporary staff when required. The role works in conjunction with the Property care team, ensuring all maintenance for both house, pool and vehicles are are managed appropriately and you will also liaise with external providers, sourcing furniture and researching interior design ideas as required. The role will be based both within the property and the corporate office and will also include managing the private administration, diary management, travel planning for the family and personal errands for the Principal.
