Position Title: Personal Assistant for MD / Office Manager

Salary: up to 15,000 AED full package depending on experience and qualifications

Job Role:
• Reporting directly to the Managing Director
• Plan, direct and coordinate the administrative, HR and partly marketing procedures within the department and office
• Responsible to organize and coordinate office operations and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency
• Coordinate, manage and monitor the working of the department and with other departments
• Submit weekly and monthly reports to the Managing Director on agreed dates
• Communicate with all relevant departments and bodies to facilitate clear and effective
• communication flows
• Always represent the company in a professional manner
• Coordination of marketing initiatives, control and implementation of office procedures, and control of purchase marketing material in accordance with budget and management approval/decisions
• Improve processes and policies in support of organizational goals
