Personal Assistant – Bilingual


Job description / Role

We are looking for two (2) bilingual Personal Assistants who can speak and write in Portuguese/Spanish and English fluently and have experience working with clients and have good common sense.

She will be responsible for taking some calls, emails, and communicating with clients on behalf when needed.

The Personal Assistants will also do administrative tasks such as the following:

– Creating a presentation with the content provided.
– Doing research on market trends and new technologies
– Managing emails and client interactions
– Following up with clients
– Speaking on behalf of the executive
– Data entry
– Email Management
– Other responsibilities deemed relevant and necessary
