PERSONAL ASSISTANT/ADMIN

 

Position Title:             Personal Assistant / Admin

Employment Type:     Full Time

Salary:                        up to 7K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

Job Location:            Dubai, UAE

 

About the Client:

A well-known multi-channel retail group in the Middle East

 

Job Description:

  • Responsible for calendar management for family office
  • Managing legal filing system for the FO, including real estate portfolio
  • Planning & booking all travel for annual family holidays, family council and payment processing
  • Administering philanthropic activities of the family
  • Assisting in the real estate portfolio management, which will include tenant management, maintenance issues, among others

Skills
Qualifications:Female, 38 years old and belowAt least 2 years of experience in the similar roleReports to Chairman’s PA, Dotted line to Family office managerPreferably with UAE driving license Experience in real estate industry is a big plus
