Job description / Role

• Project coordination
• Reporting & analytics on project progress and undertake due follow ups with diplomacy and tact
• Analysis and reporting on KPI’s per department
• Manage the GM’s office, maintain decorum, order regular supplies of consumable items
• Diary Management: Support in coordination of internal & external meetings, calendar schedules
• Liaise internally with concerned departments for procurement, travel logistics (as needed) and Finance/ICT and HR related matters
