Swisslinx Middle East is working with an Engineering company in Fujairah who are looking for a Personal Assistant to work closely with the general manager.

– Detail oriented
– Ability to multitask
– Coordinates inter-departmental work projects
– Maintaining the general manager’s schedule
– Booking meetings and appointments
– Recording and transcribing meeting minutes
– Handle the general manager’s personal and business correspondence, including emails and memos
