Job Description

As the people and culture manager you will be responsible for the full HR cycle with an emphasis on high volume recruitment and installing a friendly working environment for all employees.

The key responsibilities will be:

Mainly responsible for the administration and coordination of a range of human resource functions

Building the core people and operational process to set employees up to succeed

Building on the talent development programme

High volume recruitment for mainly blue collar staff

Make strategic and market data driven decisions

Ensuring a safe environment for people to work in

Delivering the day to day HR activities including on boarding, contracting and the full employee life cycle

Maintain, update and improve workplace health and safety


The successful candidate will have/be

A minimum of 4 years experience in a people/ HR based role

Strong recruitment experience dealing with high volume

Experience personally implementing new strategies to develop a stronger company culture/ a better working environment

Confident and outgoing

A people person

Previous experience managing the full HR Cycle
