Patient Support Assistant (Receptionist)

JOB SUMMARY

As a member of the Patient Support Team you are responsible for ensuring patients have a positive experience and are booked in to receive the accurate treatment and service to address their concerns. You will liaise with patients both face to face and via the telephone to book appointments, schedule consultations and advise on the services and products provided in the clinic. You are responsible for taking payment for treatments and retail products and maximizing on sales opportunities.

  • Opening and closing procedures
  • Patient experience
  • PET administration
  • Business generation
  • Payments/Debtors
  • Diary optimization
  • Manage wait lists
  • Work in line with PST SOP’s
  • Oversee IT equipment and software required for PST
  • Assist with stock control and non-medical purchase requirements

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Educated to high school level
  • 12 months minimum experience in a similar role is essential
  • Clinic operational experience would be an advantage
  • 12 months experience in a customer facing role
  • Computer literate
  • Read, write and speak English fluently

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: AED7,000.00 – AED8,000.00 per month
