Job Description

  • Check quality of material and condition of equipment and devices used for cooking.
  • Collaborate with other pastry chefs to improve the preparation of dishes, and assist them in their daily responsibilities.
  • Identify the ingredient requirements by analyzing the inventory, and place orders and communicate information to the respective authorities.
  • Create new decorations for bakery items like cakes and pastries to make the dishes beautiful, and add more variety to the menu.

Certificate in culinary arts, pastry-making, baking or relevant field.Well-versed in food sanitation principles, preparation standards and associated regulations needed for proper cooking or baking.Profound knowledge of traditional and modern baking techniques, food sanitation practices and ensuring food safety. The passion to learn innovative techniques and recipes to develop exciting bakery items for satisfying customers and clients.
