Job description / Role
POSITION: PASTRY CHEF DE PARTIE / DEMI CHEF DE PARTIE
SALARY: up to 3,000 AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualification
HIRING COMPANY: Casual Dining Restaurant
WORK LOCATION: City Walk / Blue Waters, Dubai, UAE
AVAILABILITY: Immediately available (1-month max)
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full time
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
Open to any nationality
Male/ Female, 40 years old and below
QUALIFICATIONS:
Diploma or Certification in Culinary Arts, Pastry Making or any related certificate
With at least 4 years working experience in the same role in casual / fine dining or stand-alone restaurants
In depth knowledge of sanitation principles and food preparation
Working knowledge of baking with ingredient limitations (pastries that are gluten free, sugarless etc.)
Have full knowledge of all menu items, daily features, and promotions
Good communication skills
