What we are looking for:
We’re looking for a driven high-energy professional with an account management or partner success background to join our team as a Partner Success Manager. In this role, you will own the relationship with partners and be responsible for the support of partner accounts, responding to queries, providing analytics, as well as building and applying processes to improve the partner experience.
This person will be an integral part of the partner onboarding process, helping and supporting partners to use their dashboard, and merchandise their product. This is a rare opportunity to join the flagship partnerships team that will influence both the culture and the future of b8ta’s partner success operations.
What you will do:
– Be front line support for new and existing partners
– Work closely with Partnerships Managers for onboarding and establishing partners KPIs
– Guide new and existing partners through the creation and maintenance of their in-store digital and physical displays
– Measure and evaluate support processes and drive continuous process improvement to help partners succeed
– Work with cross-functional teams to ensure that partners are getting the answers they need in a timely manner
