Position Title: Packaging Supervisor
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 8,000 AED depending on experience and qualifications, plus site accommodation and transportation

About the Client:
The hiring company is based in Abu Dhabi and is a newly organized agriculture business focusing on farming, processing, and trading most sought-after fruit variety categories.
Job Role:
• Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in receiving, grading, storing, and shipping fruits and vegetables
• Trains workers in grading and packing procedures in accordance with customers’ specifications
• Inspects storage area to determine freshness of produce and indicates produce to be packed and removed
• Inspects packaged produce for conformance to customers’ specifications
• Ensure proper repair and maintenance of he packing house facility, generators, power plant, and irrigation system
• Monitoring of labor efficiency, quality, and overtime authorization for the pack house staff
• Monitoring the cold stores humidity and temperature of refrigerated container van, time of delivery of fruits and delivery of packaging materials
